Best Shoe of the season: the Desert Top by ETQ Amsterdam

Now that the Winter 2013-2014 season is finally coming to an end, we have finally made a decision: this season’s best pair of shoes were beyond a shadow of a doubt the Desert Tops by ETQ Amsterdam. And, thank God, they are classics. We have already introduced you to the All Black SeriesbyETQ Amsterdam, coming up for Fall/Winter 2014. It was about time we voted this season’s absolute best pair of shoes. And this is definitely the Desert Tops in all three colours, navy, shark grey and forest green. As for the brand, our most cherished treasure find of the year actually, ETQ Amsterdam began back in 2010 with the belief that one should never have to pay only for a label, rather than for the quality of the product itself. Step by step, that belief grew into a range of exceptional footwear. And all of ETQ’s products are handmade by experienced craftsmen at a small, family-owned factory in Portugal. The best traditions of shoemaking refined into leather footwear of remarkable quality. “We could tell you all kinds of stories, but that’s not who we are. We’re honest. Clean. Timeless. Exceptional.
