Louis Vuitton Voyagez Tambour Chronograph II Watch

Whenever I hear the label Louis Vuitton, the first thing that comes in my mind (I bet yours too) is handbags.  But like every luxurious brand that respect its self, they are going into horology with quite an impact if I may say so. The Louis Vuitton Voyagez Tambour Chronograph II is made for the high-performance sports car’s pilots , the dial in this 44mm case features a triple-circle tachymeter scale which can be used to calculate average ground speed at a glance. The watch is powered by an automatic mechanical Dubois-Depraz Caliber movement made for Louis Vuitton. Of course its production will be limited to 888 pieces with a stainless steel case, and an additional 88 getting a rose gold case with a rich leather strap. What’s with the 8 anyway?
