Take a sneak peak of former 007’s effortless style, aka the Hackett Spring/Summer 2014 campaign shots, starring Pierce Brosnan, taken by famed snapper Terry O’Neill.

Yes. Pierce Brosnan remains the face of Hackett for their Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. And so, the all star team has returned to their roles for Hackett’s sequel of “The Leading Man” (you can watch everything about it, concerning Part 1 for Autumn/Winter 2013 here).

And so the new and quite exciting Spring/Summer 2014 campaign of Hackett was shot by legendary photographer, Terry O’Neill, featuring no other than the most epic Commander to have ever walked on earth, Pierce Brosnan. The “Leading Man” concept continues, this time leaving business and the boardroom behind and focusing on him relaxing on the chic French Riviera.

This time you can actually take a sneak peak of the Spring/Summer 2014 campaign shots starring Pierce Brosnan, taken by famed snapper Terry O’Neill. Here.

As for the Hackett’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection itself….Hm, it is a play with unexpected pattern and colour, but still resolutely focused on complementing rather than dominating the Hackett man. Actually, it is a celebration of sophisticated form and colour (as presented at the Old Billingsgate Market in the City of London last June). Italian fashion illustrator René Gruau’s 1960s menswear illustrations are another 60s influence and particularly in the use of colour and pattern in the collection. His way of contrasting graphic stripes and bold colour ways offer a refreshing and contemporary play on menswear that still resonates today. The juxtaposition of graphic sartorial elements – stripes versus plain versus silhouette, make for an immediate visual impact.

Remember: Beloved Hackett gave us what we actually desperately needed the most: the -once in a lifetime- opportunity to shamelessly question Pierce Brosnan. About travelling, style and his grand career. You can read it here.
